1. Perform repairs and maintenance duties on a wide variety of kitchen and refrigeration equipment’s (hot & cold).
2. Should be responsible and knowledgeable in maintaining, modifying, troubleshooting, and repairing a large inventory of electric and gas commercial kitchen equipment and other appliances.
3. Attend quickly to emergency call on equipment repair issues, as well as to after work hour calls.
4. Additional other work experience will be added advantage.
